Main Description

This task is optional. It is mandatory if there is Existing Information Model documentation brought in by the client. The validation encompasses the usefulness and the completeness of the current information model.

If the Existing Information Model documentation proves to be adequate for the assignment it is renamed as As-Is Information Model. If the Existing Information Model documentation needs some adjusting it is used as a base for the next tasks.
